The service person for installation of new stove makes us wait for hours at home even on working days..., doesn't inform or pick up calls even after repeated tries and calls back at very abrupt timings. On phone doesnt pay attention and listen and just keeps talking and agrees to everything in lethargic manner. Its been so long and the brand new stove hasnt been setup for use. Its been weeks since this hassle and its disheartening to see such a simple task of installation of a new equipment cant be done at all and is sad to know that the purpose of purchase of the new product is not being achieved just because of inefficient employees not being able to perform an essentially simple task.
