Hafele — Worst experience & pathetic service

We have installed modular kitchen at our residence in October 2018 from Eurocusine ( Laxmi Home appliances) in Pune; and we chose Hafele for the same.

As per the contracted receipt that my co-sister Mrs Ashwini had carried the conversations with your support team, we are supposed to get a warranty coverage for 10 years for Hafele material.

One of the cabinets at our place is broken at the hinge and the door is swollen. A visit to our place from the technician happened on May 26th 2022.

There was ticket that supposed to be raised with Hafele team. We never received any update on my request to fix it even after several follow ups and now it is more than 3 months, no progress at all.

We tried calling Mr Deepak who was in-charge of this case, initially he said that the product is out of stock & it will take sometime but by 1st August the work will be finished. We waited for three weeks after that. When we called him again, he said that that the material is has arrived & will be delivered at our place on Friday i.e 26th August 22 & the carpenter will come on next Wednesday which is past now. Now it is more than a week even after that, no updates. Mr. Deepak is not picking up our calls. We tried calling Christina as well who was looking into this matter, she is also not accepting our calls .

Honestly, I went with Hafele for the quality of material and the after sales support that was promised. But now we think that we have made a big mistake by going through Hafele. We will never ever go with Hafele nor recommend anyone.

Really it is WORST EXPERIENCE & PATHETIC SERVICE which is totally unexpected from a brand like HAFELE
