Complaint against Hafele appliances

I have purchased Hafele appliances like dishwasher, refrigerator, micro oven and other appliances.
i face so many problems in these appliances. i contacted the said company through customer service numerous times but they don't care to take care my problem in hafele products.

Hob hafele the worst

Worst hob company Hafele...need to replace new burners every now and then...worst service...asks for advance payment of service...only after receiving advance they will initiate the procurement process...what kind of hob ...many of my known friends are struggling with hafele hob.

Refrigerator in built
Bought 3 Hafele products in 2018. Microwave, Oven and Built In Refrigerator.
Happy with the first two.
The Refrigerator broke down within an year.
Customer Service was prompt. They changed the compressor since it was in warranty, I however had to pay ~16K for other parts. PCB was one of them.
Next year it broke down again. The freezer stopped working and the some parts of the fridge became frozen while other parts no refrigeration so milk & food spoilt.
I raised several complaints, they could not figure out issue, they sent junior service people who changed parts that were not faulty and finallly after complaints in social media and several visits they fixed the issue a year and half later... they gave me a discount and this time the whole thing cost me 16K including what i paid for the non faulty parts they changed. I lived without a proper fridge for over an year.
The issue was fixed according to them 15 days ago. But the issue is back. So nothing was fixed... their diagnosis was wrong...
Basically the in buit fridge was a bad piece. They refuse to acknowledge and they continue to charge me for parts while not fixing the fridge... Hafele needs to take some responsibility for bad appliances and replace. But that is what a decent company would do. Definitely HAfele is not one of them!

Worst experience & pathetic service

We have installed modular kitchen at our residence in October 2018 from Eurocusine ( Laxmi Home appliances) in Pune; and we chose Hafele for the same.
As per the contracted receipt that my co-sister Mrs Ashwini had carried the conversations with your support team, we are supposed to get a warranty coverage for 10 years for Hafele material.
One of the cabinets at our place is broken at the hinge and the door is swollen. A visit to our place from the technician happened on May 26th 2022.
There was ticket that supposed to be raised with Hafele team. We never received any update on my request to fix it even after several follow ups and now it is more than 3 months, no progress at all.
We tried calling Mr Deepak who was in-charge of this case, initially he said that the product is out of stock & it will take sometime but by 1st August the work will be finished. We waited for three weeks after that. When we called him again, he said that that the material is has arrived & will be delivered at our place on Friday i.e 26th August 22 & the carpenter will come on next Wednesday which is past now. Now it is more than a week even after that, no updates. Mr. Deepak is not picking up our calls. We tried calling Christina as well who was looking into this matter, she is also not accepting our calls .
Honestly, I went with Hafele for the quality of material and the after sales support that was promised. But now we think that we have made a big mistake by going through Hafele. We will never ever go with Hafele nor recommend anyone.
Really it is WORST EXPERIENCE & PATHETIC SERVICE which is totally unexpected from a brand like HAFELE

Defective and unsafe Hob

Purchased a brand new Hafele hob via reliance digital . It just has brand name but worst service and waste customer care . Hob is defected from the first day of installation . We raised complaints multiple times but all in vain . They said the very next day of installation, larger burner had pin issue .How can a new product have pin issue on the first day itself . Hafele customer care manager assured us to get the hob replaced if we face any issue .In few days, we started observing the flame spreads out of the same burner causing a threat to the person operating the hob, moreover the burner goes unfunctional most of the time . Service engineer visits and says this is common on Hafele .Is this acceptable .In Spite of knowing the issue they are not bothered to get it fixed/replaced/refund .Disgusting Brand and staff .Write in letter and give there is no threat to persons life who is operating that burner and if the flame spreads out and catches the persons clothes or hand .

Gas Hob with induction plates

Bought hafele products like gas hobs oven, fridge, chimmney, dishwasher etcfor my kitchen.Since day 1 the gas hob with induction plates costing Rs 2.80 lacs, started giving us troubles..It was not working . Tried to complain the dealer which was of no use. He didn't pay any heed.
We tried to complain on customer care, after a long time of two to three months, it was repaired. We wanted a replacement because of high cost but they only repaired. Worked for another 15 days then it stopped working again. It has been a continuous process since a year.
Along with the kitchen, the door locks of whole house, handles, knobs, wardrobes etc of all the seven bedrooms have hardware fittings are of Hafele
I am regretting of choosing Hafele.
No customer service .

Low quality / Defective kitchen appliance they provided
Worst product and service provided by them. We brought almost 2-3 lakhs of the appliance from this company thought of quality would be better but they have given manufacturing defects products or low-quality products. One of item among them was a microwave, its glass got broke with normal once-twice usage per week within 8 months and they are not ready to replace or repair, telling us we have mishandled it, we need to pay for it. What logic Sir to not repair/replace the defective products under warranty.

√This is regarding out complaint of chimney. We had an accident in the kitchen and the flap of the Chimney fell down and broke in pieces all over the kitchen. We are not aware as to how it happened. I think we are still in warranty period. Kindly look into it. We can send the photos of the accident and luckily there is no injury to anyone but could have been serious if I was in the kitchen. We want the company to send someone or we will send the photos and videos of the accident.

Refrigerator
I had purchased a fafele fridge JRN750 two years back. Within 6 months I started having problems. The water dispenser stopped working and there was no cooling. The technician came and changed some part and charged me 10000. Within a month itself the same problem occurred again. The technicians kept on trying but still the problem persisted. I asked for replacement. But the did not agree. They changed almost all the parts of the fridge for which they did not charge me. The dispenser however did not work. After a couple of months again I started having the same problem. I want a replacement as it is such an expensive fridge but they r refusing

Same thing happened with me. I bought the fridge in 2018, it started having problems within an year. Since then i have lived with a fridge that barely works. They have kept trying to repair it changing parts charging me for it... now they say the fridge model i bought had a manufacturing defect and they will exchange the fridge but i need to pay the same price i paid when i originally bought it. Since the forum is just here for posting complaints, i guess i have no other option... since it is built in and i have to go for the same company .

hafele fridge jr750nf
It’s just two years since i purchased this high end fridge. Within six months i started having problems. I asked the service team for a repacement but they just changed alll the parts possible. Even after all this the fridge is still not working and they are refusing a replacement

With full payments in advance but no delivery on time. After several reminder

To hafele head office, hafele india head but we are surprised that how this
Reputed company satisfy their customers as no reply nor any mail from hafele.
We are still waiting to get installed our appliances so that we can take use of them which we are unable to use after paying huge amounts.
Are we were wrong to go with such a reputed worldwide company?

It is very clear that Hafele has double standards. One for Germany and one for India.
Since installing a Hafele kitchen 20 months ago I have had the following problems which started within 3 months of installation
Hob lighting system not working
The hob getting rusted at different places
Hinges of kitchen cupboards rusting
Kitchen sink leaking from day one with water collecting at corners of the sink.
