Hago — Hago user ID. NO.[protected]

I am a spender in hago. But this user with id no.[protected]. Is continuing to ruin my friend's streams. In which this user is always trying to make issues which is not true. We already blocked this user together with her friends, however, she always finds way to enter my friends streams. Please help me ban this user because she is so annoying...
