Sir i have ordered for 3trouser pants in 36 size on 11th of august 2015 on www.halcyonkart.in, i received a confirmation call on 12th august 2015, now that is on 18th august 2015 by post i received the parcel, i received the product which is only 2 trousers pants and the size is 32, i called the customer care number [protected] and [protected] more that 20 times but no one is picking up the calls i want to atleast take back the product and return correct size 36 and correct quantity or other wise refund my money. . .
After 3 to 4 hours of above complaint on 18/08/2015 around 5:15 pm I received the call saying that they will refund the above money of Rs. 899/- by bank transfer and took my debit card details of my bank and tried to cheat me by generating my account bank OTP and also asked about my balance money in account, this time i was very serious about this firms policy so i gave wrong information about my account. they again call me 2 to 3 hours later they called me again around 8: 00 pm the same details so i asked why do you want my debit card details they said if you donot give correct details and status about my account and balance they will not refund the amount. the contact no of that fellow is [protected]. So please take strick action against this company and also the caller who asked me for the bank details.
