Halfrate.in — Not received the order and not even the refund

I have ordered laptop table from this website and paid online from my credit card. After 3 days they shipped the order from Shiprocket. Shiprocket just bouncing my order from their one hub to other hub and after 3 weeks and lots of email to shiprocket (including MD of shiprocket) and halfrate.in, no one responded and initated the return to origin. Than i hava again email to refund the amount which i have paid but getting no response. Their customer service no. are fraud the website are fraud dont buy anything from this kind of website ever.
