Delivery boy didn't came to my house and

Hello, I didn' yet received my Order# MB[protected] which I had ordered on 30 Aug 2025. Daily I am getting watsapp message for Reattempt but never received my order and today I got the watsapp message that Its Cancelled.
Why and how it got cancelled when I didn't cancel it and never received the call from the courier.

Product undelivered - no response from customer care

Delayed delivery

I am a seller using shiprocket as logistic partner, i had picked up a parcel from jaipur on 16th of october using ekart which is a sup-partner under shiprocket logistics, They had initially given me ETA of 20th october, after which it has been further delayed to 27th october, 28th october, 30th October and now 2nd November. I booked my order on instagram page they send me the parcel from shiprocket company on 4th september 2024 since then today 20th september i didn’t got my parcel. I placed lots of complaints almost everyday but they’re repeating everyday saying we will deliver it within 24-40 hours but after that no action has been taken. On 15 jun 2024 I ( Company ID : 4615699) susbsribed for the paid feature paying 3540 in advance to use Inventory Managemant Feature as it was not activated in Default Plan.

But after repeated reminders and follow up the customer care seems to care a lot less about this.

I have already asked them to terminate my account and refund the amount charged.

          Raised a complaint against shiprocket. Did not even get the resolution and the ticket was also closed.
          The issue was related to that one of my product was missing from the package that i sent to customer. The shipment was RTO.
