I ordered halwa online through the official website of halwakadai.com on wednesday 26th of October 2016. The total cost of the halwa ordered was 600. As per the official site, I should have got the halwa within 48 hours i.e. friday. It has been 5 days now. I didn't receive the parcel yet. When I mailed them continuously on this, they replied only once saying they shipped the parcel and gave me a link of professional couriers. When I opened the link it shows just the parcel is on transit for all these 5 days. I mailes professional couriers on this too. They didn't respond for this. The order confirmation has been attached as a screenshot with this complaint. Please take necessary actions against both professional couriers and halwakadai.com operating from tirunelveli and get my money refunded. Was this information helpful? |
