I have purchased a bottle of roohafza from market, but after 15 days the colour of the material turned pink. I complained the matter to customer care on no.[protected] on 17/5/2016 at 10.50am to sri mayank, he told you have kept the bottle in freige, but it is clearly printed in the bottle level, not to refrigerate, then why should i! Then he agreed to register the complain and told me that complain will be forwarded to senior, and will be reverted back within 20days, he was not giving me complain no. Again after a long discussion with my brother, he gave complain no.46. Now, i want to know why you should take 20days a long time to settle my complain, if i don't receive my complain material within 48hours, i shall be bound to go for legal action.
