Hamleys — Arrogant Staff

Today morning around 11:30AM we went to Hamleys (Sujana Forum Mall, Kukatpally, Hyderabad) and purchased for Rs.13000/- Plus in the span of 30 minutes. While collecting toys we asked the cash counter person to give us the suitable batteries for the toys for whom they are required. While she is placing them in the bag, we asked a simple question whether the batteries what she is putting into the bag are compatible model (size) or not. Instead of giving simple answer YES or NO, she (Narmada) started putting questions to us in an arrogant way. (Dont i know which one to give? If i dont know i will ask some body else and put it. etc., ) which made me to told her to give answer for any question from any customer instead of arguing. Again she started questioning about the raise in volume of my voice. Either she is not trained well or she is not interested in attending the customer politely. Billing is done in the name of Srinivas. Next time i am sure that i will never visit that store if i see the same staff there
