Hamley cheated me by making two transactions for one purchase. First they denied that they had received money over UPI. Which showed me a successful transaction immediately. latter I had to pay using my credit card to buy that product. Following up with their customer care they said they would refund the amount within 2 business days but there is no response from them. its been 5 days and there is no progress, I am calling them each time...

Today morning around 11:30AM we went to Hamleys (Sujana Forum Mall, Kukatpally, Hyderabad) and purchased for Rs.13000/- Plus in the span of 30 minutes. While collecting toys we asked the cash counter person to give us the suitable batteries for the toys for whom they are required. While she is placing them in the bag, we asked a simple question whether the batteries what she is putting into the bag are compatible model (size) or not. Instead...

I Bought Product On 01.11.2020 Via Online Sale. As Per Policy Product Was Delivered Within 24 Hours Of Receipt Of Order. But Product Was Not Delivered After 48 Hours Also. When Inquired I Came To Know That Invoice Is Not Generated In System Hence Product Was Not Delivered. I Called To Customer Care So Many Time But They Also Didn'T Answer. I Also Mail To Support Team But They Never Reply On Single Mail.
