On 8th Sep, I placed an order for kids jeans and mens polo shirt on H&M india. Today 13th Sep I got the package and unfortunately instead of the polo shirt I received a womens white leggings.
This is the second time my order of the same Polo shirt is not fulfilled by H&M. Last month they simply cancelled my polo shirt order and now they send me a white legging instead of the polo shirt.
When I called to complain, H&M customer support simply says to return the leggings and then call back for refund. Their policy doesn’t allow for replacement even if the whole fault is theirs and if it’s happening for the second time in 1 month. Moreover they let me wait for 17! mins to speak to manager.
This is simply unacceptable and I want us to look into this unfair and unethical practice of H&M which is a foreign firm in India and fooling Indian people!!
