I placed an order on hm.com on 30th November 2022. The order number is [protected]. I paid for it online using my card. The money was deducted but the order didn't get placed. Amount of Rs. 1999 has been deducted. I have raised case with them. The case no. is[protected]. I have contacted them nearly 20 times but I get same reply to wait for 2-3 days. I have attached the proof of payment and order details below.

I called the customer service of the brand H&M regarding my delayed refund issue and they basically said that they never delivered the parcel… is that kind of some sick joke that they actually think I have time to fool around… my order number was [protected] and I had received an email from H&M on 28th of September informing that they have received the order and will be processing my refund… [protected]@gmail.com this is my mail and now point blank denying they ever delivered the parcel… used to be a go to customer of the brand H&M well NOT ANYMORE.

I ordered 2 products when I received i payed 2298 rs but inside that it was someone else order so when i called customer care they raised a return request against the order of someone else . It’s been 2-3 weeks I haven’t received my refund when i call them thsy say please wait for 24 hours .

On 8th Sep, I placed an order for kids jeans and mens polo shirt on H&M india. Today 13th Sep I got the package and unfortunately instead of the polo shirt I received a womens white leggings.
This is the second time my order of the same Polo shirt is not fulfilled by H&M. Last month they simply cancelled my polo shirt order and now they send me a white legging instead of the polo shirt.

Sir i order in hm and when I recieved my product it's another one so i return but it's about more than a month but h&m didn't refunded my money. I have compalint many times in h&m customer care but it doesn't help me anything
