I placed my order of 4 products on April 9th at Handmade Love By Tanya website. It's been more than one month neither i receive my products nor they are answering my emails and phone calls.
Initially i did followup on mails where Mr Hemant replied and said it's in dispatch and then when I am following up again my mail getting bounced which means they did block my mail id. It's a scan which Tanya and her people are running where they are charging payments online at the time of order placement but not providing deliveries. Also after payment they don't respond clients. Till date i haven't recieved a single msg from their end and my orders are also not get delivered. Was this information helpful? |
