I placed my order of 4 products on April 9th at Handmade Love By Tanya website. It's been more than one month neither i receive my products nor they are answering my emails and phone calls.
Initially i did followup on mails where Mr Hemant replied and said it's in dispatch and then when I am following up again my mail getting bounced which means they did block my mail id. It's a scan which Tanya and her people are running where they are charging payments online at the time of order placement but not providing deliveries. Also after payment they don't respond clients. Till date i haven't recieved a single msg from their end and my orders are also not get delivered.

I placed an order for a table lamp and a water bottle+coaster combo on the 9th of Feb. Two days later I ordered another bottle+coaster combo. After numerous attempts to contact them and multiple unanswered msgs.. Someone called me and said that according to their site, they take upto 20 working days and that cancellations are not allowed. Then I received the second bottle in March. Upset, I had given up hope on my first order. Then the order arrived on the 11th of April and I was shocked to find that only the table lamp and coaster arrived. The bottle didn't come. When I contacted them they said they wanted an unboxing video and that without it they cannot do anything. I even told them that the box was not big enough to fit a bottle anyway. Disappointed, I told them to keep the money of the bottle as a donation. I'm very very upset... Not just because I wasted money on these cheats, but because these were supposed to be valentine's day gifts for my husband which partially arrived and on top of that in April. They just don't want to cooperate.

I have odered 19th December a couple of stuff and it’s been 19 days and didn’t Receive any updates

I have ordered in month of Jan 2022 and after hundreds of followup in received the products in Mar 2022 and shocked to see half of them are missing and received one damaged, shared pics on WhatsApp called them they promised twice that I will.get full.refund still no luck

It's going to be a month since I placed the order. The only time the messaged me upfront was for for customisation and after that I am the only one begging them to give me an update about the product that I have actually paid for. Email ids don't work. CUSTOMER CARE is always busy. They treat you like some beggar on WhatsApp cz most of the time your messages will go unread. The only reply I have gotten so far is "it's in process" what the hell is that? How long does it take to process a order? How's this site still up and running? How are they still have 41k followers? Is it something like we will give better service to the ones that have good followers and ignore the ones that don't? It's starting to feel like a scam now. Attaching Screenshot for proof. She keeps posting stories on her instagram page without any regard for the CUSTOMERs they are treating like ###. It's disgusting to say the least. This needs to be stopped.

I am neha Sonik. I have created order with Handmade love by Tanya for worth Rs. 1997 by trusting "Razorpay". Now neither the order has been delivered nor they are respnding me. As you can see the screenshots. Even afterwards, i have tried to contact them from provided email and Instagram, still no response. I can see they have frauded with my money. Kindly help me get back my amount that has been deducted through this platform.

Payment have been made through Razorpay via Mobikwallet connected with Indian Bank. I have Indian

Other than that, now they are running the page but hiding the comments of the people, that are asking for money or order created by them.
Even the time limit within which they have to made the order i.e. 3-20 business days is exceeded now.
Please do something.
