I placed an order for a table lamp and a water bottle+coaster combo on the 9th of Feb. Two days later I ordered another bottle+coaster combo. After numerous attempts to contact them and multiple unanswered msgs.. Someone called me and said that according to their site, they take upto 20 working days and that cancellations are not allowed. I have ordered in month of Jan 2022 and after hundreds of followup in received the products in Mar 2022 and shocked to see half of them are missing and received one damaged, shared pics on WhatsApp called them they promised twice that I will.get full.refund still no luck...

I am neha Sonik. I have created order with Handmade love by Tanya for worth Rs. 1997 by trusting "Razorpay". Now neither the order has been delivered nor they are respnding me. As you can see the screenshots. Even afterwards, i have tried to contact them from provided email and Instagram, still no response. I can see they have frauded with my money. Kindly help me get back my amount that has been deducted through this platform.
