Ordered on 28th August. When I sent a message to the team on whatsapp for the forst time asking about payment confirmation, they did respond telling me it will take 8-20 days (ofcourse they picked the first time thinking it might be a new customer to scam and take money from). Have been trying to contact since past week and they don’t respond. They read the message and ignore. I haven’t received anything yet and looking from the way that they don’t respond on whatsapp and customer care phone number never connects, I don’t believe they will send the product or refund my money. Worst company ever, dont fall for the low prices, they never send anything. Was this information helpful? |
