This is a big company but doing fraud. They're fraudsters. I've ordered some items from their website but they didn't delivered that item it's been 20 days I'm trying to call them but they are mot recieving the calls and not responding to messages

I've ordered some items from http://www.handmadelovebytanya.com this site but no message and calls came from their side and when i call them so they didn't recieve my call and they aren't responding to my messages

I ordered 2 products in sale, a vanilla suit and scrunchy. after a lot of follow up i got a product after one month. But the suit was defective. the suit had a red colored print on it. so i opted for exchange. Then another product was again a defective piece, where they just joined extra piece to align it with suits length. They said that since i have opted for exchange once, they cant do it again but They will issue a return, and when the return will be picked up from me, they will dispatch the new product, but its been a month, now they are not picking the call, i have been calling on all the 3 numbers provided, but no one picks the call, and they kept on saying that the order is delivered, but i got no mail regarding new order, no call from delivery agent. no nothing.

All they have been doing is lieng. Even the order details are absent from the account that I made on their site.

I have shared all the screenshots, and product images as well.

Vanilla suit is originally for 1500, but i got it on discount for 1000 rs with scrunchy of 342 Rs. I have the scrunchy but not the suit. Please either help me get refund from them, or the suit.

Ordered on 28th August. When I sent a message to the team on whatsapp for the forst time asking about payment confirmation, they did respond telling me it will take 8-20 days (ofcourse they picked the first time thinking it might be a new customer to scam and take money from). I order the product which have not been delivered to my address yet. I ordered the product on 17 march 2022 through there website. I paid the amount instantly. They promise me they will deliver the product by this week but I haven’t received I registered through by my mobile no. and name Pankhudi gupta. They not even receiving my phone call the number which is shown on there website is out of service. Help me please...
