I have given my honda city car for service last to last month and they were supposed to make my car into good condition but instead of turning the car into good condition they have turned up into a pathetic conditions — the worst conditions any car could have! I have given the car for repairing the roof and they have repaired quite well but along with that they have damaged the complete interior roofing.
They have promised me to return my car in just 1 week but they have returned me after 20 days in a pathetic condition. They have even damaged my car’s right side view mirror’s motor and i have complained several times but straight away they are refusing. And the honda company isn’t interested into the case seems that they are least interested into the matter. No any action is taken yet from the company side regarding the matter. I will never purchase any honda cars in life they are just shameless and also i won’t recommend anyone to go for honda car... If action not taken i would go into consumer form and ll file complaint regarding honda city for cheating and destroying customer’s car. Hope to take any action by honda
