I booked a ticket from Delhi to Dehradun on 11 July 2023. Couple of hours after booking I got a call that the bus was cancelled and I would get my refund. After which I got a message that that my refund amount is Rs0 as 100% cancellation charge was applied.
I want my 100% refund as it was not my fault that the bus got cancelled. If fast actions are not taken I would file a complaint in the consumer court.
