Regarding the complaint of staff, I and my family travelled from ujjain to nashik on 17th October 2024, they timed me on 8:00 pm, but they called me you come on 7:00 pm, ok we reached on time, but when we reached Indore and the nashik bus was ready and we kept the luggage on the bus and asked with bus cleaner man for bathroom, he said that ok go and we will wait, and after that the bus had left, and only my daughter was in the bus, when I contact with bus man, he refused my call, then I contacted with staff and they arranged other bus and reach rajendra nagar and picked up us. And the rajendra nagar staff name Mr. Lalla he also talk rudely, and he also slapped me, my age is 61 year, and he said to driver throw out luggage from the bus, and what he said that if he creates any problem, throw out his luggage and his family on the highway road. I want take action on the staff, otherwise I complaint to the police. You think about this matter.

        My issue was not even bothered by any staff member of parcel delivery office of indore i have booked 4 parcel from nagpur to indore but only 3 parcel revcd from indore delivery office as per them one parcel kartoon is missing and they are checking checking and just checking since 3 days but not able to found they are not at all helpfull people staff all are very rude with me and my person who was visiting there office since 3 days they are just giving excuses again and again spl MR. Nikhil person their was totally unprofessional and not even listening us .. Such a unproffessional attitude i will never ever work with hans travel and even ask my rest buiness partners to send there parcels from other bus service if thia type of response from hans travel and there best staff.           Iam in the bus currently, traveling to Indore from surat bus no. MP09FA9959
          Charging point is not working in this bus, bus operator says "do complaint don't tell me" what is this, also this bus is not good for travel tv is not working please do the needful. Staff are not good.

            Ruff driving from bhusawal to muktainagar area. We observed that the driver was drunk very badly. So, please take these complaint seriously.

              At meow bypass 4 people were shifted from AX01QC 2693 to another bus. And in recent bus there are only 1 empty seat. It means 3 people shall travelling standing from that point till Ujjain.

              Employees are very rude they don’t support just tell us to connect to customer care.

                Rash driving and misbehavior by driver.

                Driver Rajesh of bus number NL07B0903 from Nathdwara to Indore was rude and misbehaved. He did not let my diabetic wife to go to wash room even once. After argument he increased air conditioning to maximum in winter intentionally to trouble us.overall worst experience. Travellled on 17 Jan 24....

                Bus number: MP09FA9157
                Route: Indore to Nashik
                Scheduled time: 7th Jan 10:30 pm

                The bus's brakes and Suspension has issues. Brakes are harder and makes a lot of noise.
                Suspension isn't absorbing any shocks, we're not able to sleep because of constant vibrations, and jerks.

                Please get this bus repaired or discontinue it for the driver's and passenger's safety.

                    We booked 3 tickets from Gwalior To jaipur From hans travels and we reached at our respective pick up location on time and kept on waiting for our bus which was standing right Infront o[censored]s and we were not able to recognise our bus as magically it got changed from hans travel to sagun bus without even prior information for the same. After waiting for 15-20 min we got to know that its are route bus and we get in touch with the respective conductor and we asked about this change of bus and he answered just like that we have changed the bus

                    The condition of the bus was pathetic as there were no switches which were not even in working condition and even the cleanliness was bus not there and we did not receive blanket and pillow and even the curtains were smelling like puke. As i was wondering that I am seating next to washroom because the surrounding smell is so bad.

                    We have paid 1890 rs for this awful expirence like this seriously???????

                    Highly highly disappointed and disheartened by this act.

                    Thankyou for making are beginning of journey this much unpleasant as one of my friend is back patient. Please look into this ASAP.

                    KINDLY GIVE ME FULL CONCESSION / REFUND FOR THE SAME.

                        Hi all,
                        On 24th November i was traveling via Hans travels from Indore to Aurangabad. At first during dinner the driver stopped at a place were there was no proper food but the driver stopped as it was his regular place.

                        Secondly at morning while getting my luggage there staff had tore my bag badly, on top the driver who was badly drugged used very abusive words and then when we went to the
                        Hans travel office in Aurangabad but there was I did not get any proper support as it was Sunday and they said call tomorrow at 11 our incharge will help you. I called more than 10 times on all the numbers given by the staff and the ones present online, but no remedy has been done. Also people are so unprofessional & the driver whose name is some Mr Singh should've been given proper warning from management as it's very scary when you threaten the bus passengers for the same also I feel the local police should be aware about it.

                        Also I have call recording of the staff of Aurangabad whon I had called the next who was not willing to help me and asking me to call the customer care & if you call that number nobody will receive it.

                        I have my bag still with me would request Hans team to get me a bag of the same as this was done by there staff who are so unprofessional moreover using abusive language and telling the passengers that if required I will hot you or some what like kill you is not acceptable at all. All these I was busy as one of my close family friend was not well and was too much occupied I thought that Has will atleast call to check what has actually happened, but they didn't.

                        Hoping to hear something from them soon.

                            Travelling from Udaipur (Raj) to Indore, date - 18.11.23. seat numbers 4 (mine), 5th and 6th (of my fellow passengers) were missing the blankets. We asked about the same, but we were denied that they cannot do anything about it, saying they don't have any extra and maybe some passengers have extra with them. It's their responsibility to first check every seat and allot their designated blankets in prior. Also I have clicked a picture of a spare blanket folded and kept on driver's seat. This is a very irresponsible behaviour plus their tone of talking is very rude.

                                  I am travelling Hyderabad to Indore today 13/12/2023 time 3:40 Pm raat me 2:30Am pe jore se hisab lagi thi driver ko bola bhaiya gaadi ko 2 minute ke liye rok kar kahi baathroom Kara do drive bola 2 ghante se pahle nahi rukegi Maine Hans travel indore me helpline me call Kiya to help line wale ko problem bataya to usne bola ki jab pesab lagti hai to to bus me kyo aaye gadi nahi rukegi Jo karna hai kar lo.                                       The drivers are drunk and misbehaving.
                                      They changed the bus without prior information. They delayed the journey by 4 hours and while shifting the luggage they lost a few bags.
                                      Worst experience ever - they do not even have a customer care support system in place.
