Hans Travels — travelling with hans travel women safety

My friend is travelling to indore from pune on 2nd november, she got seat no. 27, which is on end side of bus. It is very surprising that after some time few men boarded on the bus with out reservation & accommodate themselves (With help of bus conductor) to the end of the bus, exactly beside where my friend seat is. She is feeling very unsafe in this condition. Also got touched by some person (Not sure knowingly or unknowingly). This is very serious matter regarding women safety specially in night times.
