My name is ravi kiran boddu. Today i purchased a vivo s1 pro mobile costs rs.20, 000 in happi mobiles patamata high school road branch showroom, vijayawada. For buying the mobile they gave me a bluetooth and powerbank as complimentary and screen replacement after paying rs 300. After paying the bill they are saying that you should pay another rs 999 for screen replacement in case of screen damage. They changed the word after paying the bill. They are talking rudely with customers. They are pleading to buy mobiles and after buying it they are behaving rudely and changing the words. Its not proper gesture for your showroom to behave with customer. I am trying to reach your customer service number, but there is no proper response from your side.
