मैंने 29 oct 21 को एक मोबाइल अॉर्डर किया और dilivery date 4 nov 21 को दिखाया, लेकिन मैंने 10 Nov 21 tk इंतजार जब मोबाइल नही आया तो मै happi mobile को contect किया और अपना order cancle कर diya but आज तक मेरा refund(14099/-)वापस nhi आया ....

My name is ravi kiran boddu. Today i purchased a vivo s1 pro mobile costs rs.20, 000 in happi mobiles patamata high school road branch showroom, vijayawada. For buying the mobile they gave me a bluetooth and powerbank as complimentary and screen replacement after paying rs 300. After paying the bill they are saying that you should pay another rs 999 for screen replacement in case of screen damage. They changed the word after paying...
