They make a call saying they are giving new offer based on expired reward points redemption and make the customer to process a transaction by knowing all the details over phone and make them buy using the OTP. I am wondered how confidently these people are cheating. I also suggest Icici bank should also take proactive step in registering complaints and also when they send OTP should give an alert message as a warning about frauds happening Was this information helpful? |
