The staff of happy Deal 4u calling me and asking calling from HDFC bank Staff and asking your rewords points was expire and we will redeemed the point by sending some offer with my third party and they taken 6999/00from my Credit card and they send some item....

They make a call saying they are giving new offer based on expired reward points redemption and make the customer to process a transaction by knowing all the details over phone and make them buy using the OTP. I am wondered how confidently these people are cheating. I also suggest Icici bank should also take proactive step in registering complaints and also when they send OTP should give an alert message as a warning about frauds happening...
