Happy Easygo — I haven't received my refund since an year

I had booked the Lot polish airlines flight from Delhi to warsaw through happy easy go dated March 11, 2020.
order id[protected], airline PNR VI2ZL6 ticket number[protected]. I paid almost 25, 348rs for this ticket. Due to the increased covid cases in India, I just rescheduled the ticket to June 8, 2020, order id[protected], PNR VI2ZL6, ticket number 080-[protected]. I had paid an extra 10, 892rs for rescheduling. On May 18, 2020, I got the official mail from Lot airlines that, due to the lockdown imposed in Poland, all the international flights, including my flight have been canceled. They have sent me the complete details in order to receive the full refund from the booking website, that's from happy easy go. I had sent happy easy go, a detailed mail attaching the screenshot of the details which I received from Lot polish airlines. First, they said, I need to wait for 90 days for receiving the complete refund. Till now, I always contacted them and enquired about my refund process, all they say is please wait, your refund process is still pending and we will get back to you soon. I already made enormous calls and sent them emails several times, it's been a year, now they don't respond to calls and emails. I directly contacted the lot airlines office. They said they need a RA number( refund application number), so they can check about my refund process directly. I requested for my RA number to happy easy go about 3 months ago, still, they haven't provided my RA number yet. They don't reply to calls & to my emails. now I don't have sufficient money in order to book another flight to Poland. I humbly request you to, kindly look into this issue, and please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.
