Happy Easygo — Refund not received for the cancelled flight during lockdown

Not recieved refund for the tickets booked during feb 2020. when contacted they are replying as below.

The refund will be processed post RA approval by the airline.

We would like to inform that we are working closely with the airline partner and suppliers for your refund. Once, validated it will be refunded back into your source account.
