I am Neha Singh from Patna, Bihar. I had ordered a pair of coffee mugs (Hug Me Mug - Couple Hug Mug) from the online shopping website www.happygiftmart.com on 12.08.2016 (order id - 77868). I had paid Rs. 475/- for the product and had paid Rs. 100/- extra for quick shipping by air (Total Rs. 575/- paid). Till date I have not received the product, despite my writing complaints to customer support. There is just one contact number ([protected]) provided by the company which is either not reachable or gives a busy message. So, the company is just not reachable by any means. Fed up of the act, I even asked for cancellation of the order and refund of the money through the site but there has been no response (return id - #28). If at all, the product is available, I want it delivered at the earliest, or else would want the refund immediately. Was this information helpful? |
