I had ordered magic floating cube rotating photo magnetic frame with 6 photos from this site on 28/06/2018 order id# 78753. I had paid rs 340 through payumoney. But the product is not yet delivered. I tried contacting them through mail but no response.. They given the delivery between 4-5 days.. And now it's 7th day july 4th and i have not received any information regarding my order please help me and solve the issue as soon as possible.

    awaiting for the reply on order 78523 since last 4 days.

    I had placed an order of 5 magic mugs on 19.01.2018.
    My order id is 78523
    Today's 27.01.2018 almost more than 7days bt still no updates abt it's shipping.
    Please check my order status and reply back as soon as possible.
    Those magic mugs are not for my personal use, i wanted to gift them on 26.01.2018.

    Plus the contact no mentioned on the website is also not working everytime i call.

    Hi had ordered a 'magic floating cube rotating photo frame with 6 photos magnetic' from this site on 3rd dec, 2017 but the product is not yet delivered.
    Money was deducted by payumoney.
    I tried contacting them through mail, phone and even on facebook but no response.

    When checked for reviews, i found that i am not the only victim of these guys.

    They are simply looting people's hard-earned money.
    I have attached pic of my order details.

    Can anyone do something about these guys?

      I've ordered a trophy and a certificate from happy gift mart on 8th dec 17. Payment is successful through payumoney. And its been 4 days i didnt received any confirmation mail or text. I tried calling them on the given number a
      But its swtiched off, they are not even giving response on mails.
      There given delivery time is maximum 5 days and now its 4th day and i've no information regarding my order.

        I had ordered a world best friend trophy from happy gift mart on 16.06.2017 but after 6 days also i didnt received any details regarding delivery
        The amount is already debited. They are not even replying on mails and not picking phone calls. Please help me

          I am Neha Singh from Patna, Bihar. I had ordered a pair of coffee mugs (Hug Me Mug - Couple Hug Mug) from the online shopping website www.happygiftmart.com on 12.08.2016 (order id - 77868). I had paid Rs. 475/- for the product and had paid Rs. 100/- extra for quick shipping by air (Total Rs. 575/- paid). Till date I have not received the product, despite my writing complaints to customer support. There is just one contact number ([protected]) provided by the company which is either not reachable or gives a busy message. So, the company is just not reachable by any means. Fed up of the act, I even asked for cancellation of the order and refund of the money through the site but there has been no response (return id - #28). If at all, the product is available, I want it delivered at the earliest, or else would want the refund immediately.

            Had ordered for a personalised birthday card and personalised certificate on 11/08/2016 through happygiftmart.com
            The payment was already done through online mode... As per the instructions of the seller i have mailed the problem [protected]@happygiftmart.Com on 12/08/2016...

            Even after 24 hours i did not get any response..

            Tday(14/08/2016) also i reminded them but no response yet...
            Herewith i enclose the screenshot of the mail sent to the seller...
            Please help me and resolve the issue so that i get the item or the money back...

              Even after 51 hours i did not get any response..

              As per our records, you had purchased this product on 12-Jun-16. The seller is required to ship the item latest by 24-Jun-16 and once the product has been shipped the delivery timelines of 15 days is applicable for the item to be delivered to you.

              So we would request you to keep patience till the stipulated timeline gets over.

              I had order on 5/7/16 and got payment confirmation and delivery mail also but till the date i haven't received my product either not received any mail. I have send them so many mails and tried their no enormous time but no one picking my call
