Order id : hdo[protected] is placed on 1st nov through cod... Product is delivered on 8th nov and it was of very poor quality... So, i have initiated refund request on 8th nov and then multiple times and every time i receive an automated email with standard content that they will respond within next 24-48 hours. However, no one from happy deal has called or emailed to resolve the refund issue till date. I would request concerned people to take action at the earliest in resolving the refund issue...
