I ordered one lehenga chili of 1500 rs from happydeal18 site as a regular practice i paid money and opened the parcel the products are no where close to images provied by happydel18 fake images and fake policies seller shree ram ethnic store 3 rd floor surat gujarat india is fake the product low quality and very bad worst quality after submitting return request for multiple times
I sent them a mail requesting return and refund but...

Fake images and fake policies. Seller-shree ram ethnic store (3rd floor raghuverr bag behind labheshwar police choki. Near baroda pristej l. H. Road surat-395006, gujarat, india) is also fake. After submitting return request for multiple times it is still showing as delivered. No confirmation mail or anything.
Please take some serious action as i am not the only victim.
This has to stop....

I order for cotton purple coloured saree but received maroon very poor quality stuff saree with blouse which was cheaper than the saree.
I want my money back inr 589 (Including rs. 40 shipping).
Never buy from this site. This is fake and selling worst quality clothes. I wont take this saree even for free. They are duping customers showing beautiful pictures and writing flowery language about the product....

I have ordered a saree from happydeal18.com by cod but i have got a completely different saree which is actually of very low quality. The product in photo and in actual are not same. I am trying to get refund or return but not getting any reply. Customer care is also not working. It has to be return within 7 days. Someone please suggest what to do. I want my money back pls. Actually i order 3 items from the site in which i received a wrong color item the second was really low quality and the third was totally different item. I have already asked for return and refund but no satisfied answer is received by their side and the time is ticking out as there is only 7days return and only 1 day is left behind so plz help me out...

I ordered one lengha worth rs.850. The product which i received is totally different from that shown on shopping website. The cloth material is also of cheap quality and cheap work. The expected delivery date shown during booking was 17/02/2018.

Order id : hdo[protected] is placed on 1st nov through cod... Product is delivered on 8th nov and it was of very poor quality... So, i have initiated refund request on 8th nov and then multiple times and every time i receive an automated email with standard content that they will respond within next 24-48 hours. However, no one from happy deal has called or emailed to resolve the refund issue till date. I would request concerned people...

I had placed an order for lehanga choli (Dress) in happydeal.com website. However, the dress quality is very very poor and it doesn't look like the way it is in photo. I am sending so many emails and trying to call on all the numbers but i am not getting any response from them.

This site is purely fraud site. They say easy return policy, but they don't even respond.

Please help me get my refund...
