Happydeal18.com — return products and refund

I ordered one lehenga chili of 1500 rs from happydeal18 site as a regular practice i paid money and opened the parcel the products are no where close to images provied by happydel18 fake images and fake policies seller shree ram ethnic store 3 rd floor surat gujarat india is fake the product low quality and very bad worst quality after submitting return request for multiple times
I sent them a mail requesting return and refund but there no response pls solve the problem pls take some serious action
