I have booked flight from DEL to GOI(28th May 2023) and GOI to DEL(31st May 2023) for 6 people through HappyFares, but due to uncertain demise in the family I need to cancel 2 tickets. I called airline and they deducted cancellation charges and penalty as per their timeframes, and I suppose to get 16666/- Rs. in total after all the deduction, After few days I checked refund status on airline website and it was paid back to Happyfares after all the deductions (16666). When I called HappyFares to check on my refund status they again charged me same cancellation charges and Penalty in the name of Platform fee. HappyFares is a fraud platform, I will not recommend this platform to book any air tickets.
In total I was about to get 16666 Rs. after all deduction but Happyfares deducted all the charges again and hance I will get 4462 Rs. In total. Was this information helpful? |
