I have booked flight from DEL to GOI(28th May 2023) and GOI to DEL(31st May 2023) for 6 people through HappyFares, but due to uncertain demise in the family I need to cancel 2 tickets. I booked flight for 3rd Feb from Goa to Mumbai and on 5 from Mumbai to Goa while I had to book the other way round.
I booked the correct flights again from HappyFares only for the same dates.

As discussed with the airlines since I have called them within 24 hours and the flight is also booked well in advance so I am eligible for full refund.

These cheats are not refunding my said amount rather deducting more than 700 rupees extra even after taking their cancellation charges this is harrasment i am attaching the screenshots kindly take strict action against these frauds, my refund was Rs 4478 (after their cancellation charges )and they refunded just Rs 3778, even accepting that they are supposed to refund 4478 i am attaching the statements made by them kindly take strict action...
