Hi i had booked flights on happyfares.in and flying from Mumbai to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to Mumbai after booking the tickets i asked for cancellations so they started giving me absurd amounts on the name of airline that airline is charging this penalties and fees I called directly to the airline and airline you are eligible for 100% refund and we are can refund this amount to your travel agent now the travel agent is not refunding back my amount i have all the proofs and acknowledgement for the payment still they are not refundjng my money

I have booked flight from DEL to GOI(28th May 2023) and GOI to DEL(31st May 2023) for 6 people through HappyFares, but due to uncertain demise in the family I need to cancel 2 tickets. I booked flight for 3rd Feb from Goa to Mumbai and on 5 from Mumbai to Goa while I had to book the other way round.
I booked the correct flights again from HappyFares only for the same dates.

As discussed with the airlines since I have called them within 24 hours and the flight is also booked well in advance so I am eligible for full refund.

These cheats are not refunding my said amount rather deducting more than 700 rupees extra even after taking their cancellation charges this is harrasment i am attaching the screenshots kindly take strict action against these frauds, my refund was Rs 4478 (after their cancellation charges )and they refunded just Rs 3778, even accepting that they are supposed to refund 4478 i am attaching the statements made by them kindly take strict action against these people
