Booked Airlines ticket through the company named as "Happyfares.in" on 29th Nov22 from Kolkata to Ahmadabad sector containing PNR SFLEFQ. The travel date was 15th mar23. The Airlines cancelled the ticket on 12tth Mar23 and issued Refund Credit Note to Third Party Company "Happy Fares" on 12th Mar23 itself. And I Received a Mail from "happyfares.in" stating that "Refund Confirmation for my Booking Reference Number - HBB8F59B has been processed on 20th April23". However till date the amount has not been Credited to my Account.
