I have booked a ticket from chennai to Hyderabad in Air India Express on 7th Mar 2024 thru an online agency Happyfares.in. My flight was cancelled by the airlines(Spicejet) and airline has confirmed that they have refunded the amount to Happyfares but its been more than a month and happyfares is not refunding the amount.
They are just delaying and give the same response everytime that they didnt get refund from airlines.

This is w.r.t HappyFares regarding their failure to refund the amount for an airline ticket that was cancelled by the airlines.

Fraud! Never ever book any ticket from this site. Neither do they respond to calls nor email. My Go Air flight was cancelled and they haven't refunded the money even after a month. Now they stopped attending calls and even replying to emails. I am moving to Consumer forum and filing a legal complaint now....

Yesterday, I booked ticket from happyfares.in for my brother (from Mumbai to Delhi dated 6th December, 2022).
Reference No.has been generated by them but no information was given regarding ticket booking. Amount has been deducted from our account.
We have raised this issue via email or call at their customer care helpline I'd or number, but they have not given any response neither via email nor via call.

I booked a flight through Happyfares, in between Delhi to Mumbai dated 30 th oct.
Flight was postponed by Spicejet by 220 minutes, I was not offered alternate flight through Happyfares as they bypassed the rules of alternate flight.
They booked the flight in group and changed the passenger details after flight reschedule without prior update.

Eligible REFUND not paying to Customer
Dear Sir / Madam,
Eligible refund NOT paying to customer. Detailed communications with HappyFares are as follows.

What's the rubbish you are keep on repeating ? How it will be the "un-utilized at the airport by no show" ? You should explain.
Then why your team confirmed me on 23 Oct 2022 (as per my below emails, WhatsApp chat attachments, etc.), that the refund will be Rs. 7, 036/- ???
I strongly believe that after the said communications dated 23 Oct 2022, HappyFares team failed to complete the cancellation process before the CANCELLATION TIMELINE. This is NOT my problem and it is HappyFares problem. Due to HappyFares problem, why I should lose my eligible amount Rs. 7, 036/- ??? Mine is hard earned money, so you should NOT loot me.
If you would like to do the business ethically for long time, you should NOT do this kind of cheating to your customers. By this kind of cheating, you are spoiling HappyFares name in the market and you could not exist in the market further.

Issuing Ticket for Cancelled Flight and Claiming Non Refundable

to Travel from Goa To Mumbai On[protected].45 Am to Reach Mumbai 5.15 am (want to reach Early Morning)
They Have Issued Ticket Ref#BHQK4E Flight SpiceJet SG-452 for[protected] for 3.45 Am Which is the flight was cancelled already, when i found out i called their Customer care No +[protected] Several times and try to contact By Whatsapp but in return i got No Response,
Then the very Next Day(24 Aug 9.44 Am) without my concern they have booked same ticket at Different time Which is 13.[protected] and Issued the Ticket By Email, I Have Replied them We have to reach early Mroning so We already Booked another Ticket so cancel my ticket, They have Replied We cannot cancel or Refund the money beacuase the ticket is Non Refundable, i have understand its Non Refundale But how come they have issued Ticket where the Flight Not even available and claim wont refund My money.
