Dear concerned Authority
This side Asif from Srinagar ( kashmir ) we purchase a chimney of hardwyn brand but from the 1st day the chimney is not working well i call several time to coustomer care contact no but they are not giving any responsible reply . they play with customers giving contact nos of many technicians which doesn't responds. very bad experience to Deal with this company . pls check this matter and do the needful or refund my money which has been wasted by this useless chimney.
