Hari Traders — not willing to service the king sofa we purchased at maraimalai nagar residence

I, k. M. Prakash lingam purchased king sofa 5 seater from hari traders vide
Order no. 4248 dated 9th july 2017 at chennai trade centre exhibibition. I am attaching the order soft copy. We have only order bill. It was delivered to us on 18th july 2017 at our maraimalai nagar residence.

We have noticed minor scratches (Color of the sofa is fading) and informed
Many times the same to your officials (Mob:[protected]) to take some actions in vain..
He told he would send assistants to do varnishing. But so far, we have not received any response.. Please find attached the pictures what we whatsapped to mob:[protected].

Then, we called customer care several times (Mob:[protected]). Calls were attended by vijay, suresh, rajeshwari. We have also emailed them (Dated 1st september 2017) and also whatsapped the pictures to (Mob:[protected]). All the whatsapp pictures were sent to them from my wife’s (R. Kalaiselvi) mobile (Mob:[protected]). Email was initially done from my wife email id ([protected]@gmail.com) and later from my email id: [protected]@hotmail.com). Hari trader’s email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I am also enclosing the email thread conversation of same.
When we called customer care initially, they (Hari traders) were saying we can come to maraimalai nagar (Our current residence and also where the king sofa was delivered on 18th july 2017) when we come there for some delivery. Now they are asking - when we delivered, was the sofa like that?.. They are supposed to give service warranty for 1 year. But, so far we have not received any single reponse in email/sms/whatsapp/phone call.
We are extremely disappointed with multiple followups in email/sms/whatsapp/phone call. What we want is complete refund of our money (Rs.26, 500) and 10000rs. For wasting our time and mental trauma that we have undergone and also we will return their sofa.

I have similar problem with Hari traders. In my case, I'm yet to get the product. It's 3 months since token advance is paid. They have not delivered the good and not responding to calls / what's app messages as well. Given the worst experience, prefer to get the refund than getting their product. Please suggest approach I should take.

Hari Traders service wasn't good. one of the very very worst company every to participate at trade center show. I am strongly recommend customers not to buy from hari traders maduravoyil. I booked on 2nd Oct 2016 at trade center and delivered on Jan 2017 after several (uncountable) followups with scratches. After few days the cloth cover on cushion getting peeled off and provided complaint to them. No one came to visit and I watsapped the photo to them as well. Finally, I took all the 10 cushions to their godown at maduravoyil and showed the issue we had with cushion. Then, they replaced with new cloth to the cushion and delivered with lesser size in length of the cushion.

Then, again I took them back with the complaint of seating length was 4 inches less than regular. Again, without informing us, they pasted the cutting cushion and increased the length, also they put the cutting cushion inside, so that when customer opened the zip, they won't see the cushion was cut and pasted. I opened the cushion cloth to wash after a year and shockingly noticed it was cut and pasted. They mentioned cushion have 5 year warrenty coz, it is shriram branded and now no response with them.

At the same, they mentioned it was teak wood but it was not teak wood I paid rs.40000 for this sofa and ridicules it won't digest for them. I spoke to the owner as well he never address customer as customer. Look like we are his slaves.

Only I can curse them everytime when I pull the cushion out. Worst service and cheating company.

You came to our office and you saw the cushion and then only it was delivered. You have asked for an irrregular size of cushion which is not available then you suggested to paste that extra inch which we have done. This also you have seen when you came to your office after pasting work. The product was delivered to you in november not in january as you have mentioned
