Very poor quality & Poor response
Even after the delivery informed immediately about the defect.
But the team have not taken the action & still the customer care switched off the number :- [protected], [protected]
Very poor management....

We ordered sofa in trade center last month 20th as of they not delivered.
Keep on trying last 10 days but no one pick the call after 12th day called to their owner and inform if not delivered by today canell the order like that have told to them.

Owner told me, can`t delivered your order if you need come and me and paid the balance 50% based on only delivered the goods like that they told us.

Order no. 4248 dated 9th july 2017 at chennai trade centre exhibibition. I am attaching the order soft copy. We have only order bill. It was delivered to us on 18th july 2017 at our maraimalai nagar residence.
