We would like to inform you that you given order for the Single Die machine in the month of December and it was dispatched and reached to your VRL[protected] but after 2months you said unable to arrange funds and ask to cancel order. So, we informed you we will recall our machine and whatever transport charges incurred nd other expenses, we will deduct & will refund the balance amount. When our company asked Coimbatore VRL to resend the machine that time lockdown announced March'2020 and machine packages kept on hold at your Coimbatore VRL branch and they transported to us after lockdown that was in 6th july'2020.
You have not given any proper information about your identity not you sent any mail to our company,
This is in regards to your above given review. We have incurred too much expenses on machine transport from Delhi to Coimbatore VRL transportation charges is ₹.3, 280 and when we recall they added the Demurrage charges, loading & unloading (Coimbatore - Delhi branch), Coimbatore VRL to Delhi VRL transportation, both VRL branches' Hamali charges, etc... all together charges came ₹.38, 386 and as per our request and Covid pandemic, Vrl service given some discounts and we paid ₹ 31, 636... all these expenses who will pay?
Due to this long period of time, completely machine was scrap condition.
For us expenses incurred more than Rs.3000 approx which is more than what you have paid for us for machine order, Now you have to only pay us.
But complaining about our company that we are giving your money...We have attached your Transportation booking and recall bill receipt details with this and due to this only we have not refunded your amount.

First of all we already informed to your staff miss.Geetha that we have pay 30, 000 bcoz we don't have money at that time, balance amount is when we get money that time we will pay, but machine will came and we went to transport office at that time they informed us you have to pay the full money then only you got the machine, ...At that time only we know this, before paying the money your staff Geeta didn't inform this and all...when we contact tou your staff they didn't tell us, they informed means why we had payed the 30, 000...

In the period of lockdown we contact your staff Geetha, they only told us, In this covid time lockdown we can't do anything so after lockdown only we will arrange and solve your problems but they didn't do anything for me...After second lockdown we contact to your staff Geetha they again told like that only...After the release of full lockdown we again contact your staff Geetha... They told us we understand your situation surely we will solve your problem...In recent times that your staff member didn't gave proper respone to us...This is main mistake of your staff only...They have to give our money and your expenses also...So kindly take the action and please refund our money...
I think they cheated you also right?
