Harman India — Non replacement of TWS earbuds

I have purchased JBL Tune beam in the month of June 2023 and it had charging problems. Now I have deposited the product in authorised service center i.e M/s S.K.Technology, Vadodara, Gujarat on 23.09.2023, but they are informing nothing regarding the same to me....

Harman India — Order placed on 14/July but still not delivered

I placed an order with Harman on 14/July/2023. My order number is JB-IN00701742. This order details are not available online on my account for me to track. When I called Harman call centre on Friday 14/July/23 for the first time, I was told that new orders take 48 hours to update on the system. I have called your call centre second time on Tuesday 18/July/23 to check on the order status. I was again told that within 24 to 48 hours I will...
