    I have purchased JBL Tune beam in the month of June 2023 and it had charging problems. Now I have deposited the product in authorised service center i.e M/s S.K.Technology, Vadodara, Gujarat on 23.09.2023, but they are informing nothing regarding the same to me.
    Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I placed an order with Harman on 14/July/2023. My order number is JB-IN00701742. This order details are not available online on my account for me to track. When I called Harman call centre on Friday 14/July/23 for the first time, I was told that new orders take 48 hours to update on the system. I have called your call centre second time on Tuesday 18/July/23 to check on the order status. I was again told that within 24 to 48 hours I will get the tracking details. I called the call centre 3rd time on 25/July/2023 but still there was no update. On 25/July/2023 Tamanna from CEO Escalations team called me assured me that the product will be delivered by Thursday 27/July/2023. I called up again on Sunday 30/July/2023 but the call centre agent had no details of my order. I have been writing them several emails addressed to '[protected]@harman.com' and 'india.[protected]@harman.com' but they reply in standard templates but there is no resolution.

      Harman call centre refuse to tale my request for cancellation and refund. They are refuse to escalate calls to their supervisors.

      I have still not got any details of my delivery status and tracking number.

      I have made multiple phone calls in your call centre and have written several emails but there is no end to this problem.

          I already submitted my earphone multiple times to nearest service centre as one earpiece was not working properly. It's been four to five times since I'm asking for replacement again and again in a year but the problem is still the same every a month or two the one earpiece is stop working and I have to visit service centre for replacement of the product. It's like I already wasted and commuted to the service centre more than the cost or that earphone. And this time they denied to deliver the product as I am not carrying my registered phone and asking for OTP but as you see I already given them another number while submitting the product for exchange but now they are denying for replacement. I don't understand while they are suffered me multiple times while visiting the service centre that what's wrong this time just because I have not my previous number but I am still carrying or the invoices and email which they can verify too. By this end it feels worse to buy products from this so called brand. Very very disappointed by this troubleness. It's better I could just donate the product to you guys .

              Order placed on 22nd October’22
              Today is 7th Jan 2023 and I’m still waiting for the product to be delivered by this company.
              It has been very annoying while talking to front line customer support as they have been told by their leads and to keep pushing the commit time

              Can someone help me to get my money back or product to be delivered

                The product causing problem in pairing within one month of purchase. I have complaint to JBL. Service center ask me to pay 2500/- rupees for repair the product whereas the product is under warranty. the technician says that the product's PCB damaged due to electrical supply fluctuations whereas I have many electrical equipment they do not show any problem except this jbl soundbar.
                It is very painful to see this type of service from JBL.
                the brand is behaving as I purchased a chinese product without warranty
                At this situation I don't see any difference between local product without warranty and a branded product with warranty.

                  I had an problem with my headphone JBL 700 BT and I went to the service center, Madhapur, Hyderbad, and they checked and it The right side of the headphone speaker was not working.

                  As counselled by the service center person, you can deposit here and you will get a new headphone at your address. However, they made a mistake in pincoding the last digit, mentioning 90 instead of 50.

                  The headphones reached the wrong address and were returned, and no information was received, so I reached out to customer care, and they mentioned it was returned.

                  They corrected the address and sent it to me again after a lengthy follow-up, but this time I received it, and it was a low-cost earphone.

                  I complained again and they mentioned sending us an unboxing video and all the copies. I sent all the details via mail. I got the final mail. It's disgusting. "We have got your issue checked from our concerned team and as per the update we have dispatched and delivered a sealed packed and correct product to you." From [protected]@harman.com

                          My name is sathish kumar from Chennai Royapettah.
                          I have buy a jbl endurance headphones in Amazon online shopping, and the product is not good quality and with is a week it doesn't work and goto service centers and following for 2 months to still am facing so many issue with jbl headphones and jbl harmun contact centers but issue not resolved I didn'tget my headphones, they don't give any proper information against my complaint, the taking so much for update. I called up the cso for several weeks but they said wait for 3 weeks each and every time I was called up the cso team they didn't not resolve my issue and they postponed it to 2 to 3 weeks are another cso, still am waiting for long days for my replacement headphones really poor poor very very poor service. Still I don't get my replacement headphones really poor poor quality of the product and services

                              I purchased JBL BOOMBOX 2 at the price of 31999 from Flipkart . But the sound quality is bitter low in compression and as expected by the JBL. So we want to Return it to seller. Flipkart show the nearest service centre to deposit the item has already been closed permanently. So please guide me for the same to return the item and get my money back as per return policy.

                                    On 27-Feb-2022 transaction was done at 9:46am, amount was 5699.97 (with emi option towards JBL Tune 760NC at Rashi Peripherals Pvt which got declined from JBL and money got debited from my Credit card account).

                                    BANK has Charged ME WITH PF and EMI INTEREST. Now it is 67 days still the issue is not resolved.
