Harsh Hyundai — Abusing to my wife and not refunding the full amount

My name is jaspreet singh..I m from indore..I had booked grand i10 magna from harsh hyundai..I had deposited 10000 rs for the booking..I want to purchase that with my wife's name ..so I had given my wife's paper to them for finance process. ..due to some reason bank denied to finalise the loan as already a loan is running as we purchase a car b4...then I asked them to finalise the loan with my paper..they denied u don't have a good salary to get the loan..then I ask them to return the amount. ..they are giving jus 7000 buck's back after 3000 deduction...as they said it's our policy that v will deduct the cancellation amount...and at the tym of booking they haven't told me any thing about the cancellation policy...and when my wife called to the executive for the refund. ...he is miss behaving with her..as jab kharidnae ki auk aukat nhi hae to showroom kyu ayye..plz call me to have a word on [protected]...Regards Jaspreet
