When the flipkart bigbillion day started on 29th, sep 2019 on next day i. E.30th sep 2019 at mid night (Around 12:35am) i had ordered "realme xt pearl blue, 128gb, 8gb". Your delivery date was 3rd october 2019, unfortunately product was delivered on 4th oct.2019. When i was un-boxing the product meanwhile my friend was shooting video o[censored]n-boxing. Finally i found it was "vivo z1x"mobile in the box but the bill was the name of "realme xt pearl blue, 128gb, 8bg". If you see my past orders i am regular customer of flipkart. This is the first incident was happened with me. Also i have attached legal evidences like un-boxing video, call recording with customer care. So request you please resolve this issue as soon as possible by delivering right product "realme xt pearl blue, 128gb, 8bg"
