i boarded the bus at 3:05 from sampla while it was going to kharkhoda. Haryana Transport Department — New Car Registration is not getting started at Jagadhri RTO

My application number is HR[protected]

The application was completed by dealer on 28 March and its been 21 days and the process by RTO has not been started yet when I tracked the application online.

Can this process be completed a bit fast? I have not observed such issue in past....
