Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Bill payment deducted but not updated

Hi, Amount deducted for Water Bill but not updated Online. There was Server End from HSVP Side during payment .

I have done payment of 1099 INR.

Found issue: show payment failed but amount deduct from account.

Payment Reference ID : vide eazypay reference ID [protected].
Date of incident : 29 April 2021, 17:33

So I want either Refund or update my paid payment on HSVP portal.

I have made the payment of water bill consumer number 6738 karnal site code 151939, for Rs 2587 through Axis Bank debit card today 26.12.21 at 7.45 pm, the amount has been debited but not updated. Please update it or refund the amount in the same bank.
