Sewer water leaking in my plot No. 176/sector-13, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, Mobile No. [protected]
I have taken permission to construct house on my plot but unable to start construction work due to water leakage....

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding illegal temporary huts that have been constructed adjacent to my residence at House No. 1159, Sector 28, Faridabad, Haryana.
These encroachments are creating multiple issues, including:
- Excessive noise and public disturbances
- Wastewater spillage leading to an unhygienic environment
- Leakage and damage to our property, as these huts are using our external...

We are not getting water supply to our house no.768, sector-12, panchkula from last three days .Supply to our adjoining houses is coming properly.

On of the sewere manhole is overflowing in sector 2 ward no 12 infront of house no 562.

Water Bill of my house is being sent on flat rate instead of actual consumption despite the fact Meter is functional and premises is open, for the last 2 years. I logged online complaint on 28.05.24 and on 09.06.24 (complaint no 9959409). No response.
I made complaint on 30.08.24 after making payment of bill, enclosing photos of meter readings and delivered personally in HUDA office Kurukshetra. Still no action and bill is still sent on flat rate, despite meter reader taking reading in my presence.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange correction to enable me to make payment of bills.

Possession of plot no. 126 Sector 10 Bahadurgarh is given to me on 02.08.2024. For delay possession, Request for credit of Interest to my Axis bank account no. [protected], IFSC code UTIB0000432 has been submitted to your office, but no response received.
Area of plot given is also less, accordingly difference of amount for less area also to be credited to my saving account....

Pesented water Bill KGH3Q612036 dated 18-09-24 for Rs 3375.This bill was for 6 (six) months as it included the period of previous bill HE266Y10102 dated 24-07-24 for Rs2629 which had already been paid by me.
I visited HUDA office in Sector 10, Panchkula on 24-09-24 and was given corrected bill but I have been unable to pay this as hsvp.org.in the online payment portal has been unreachable for last one week and last payment date is 03-10-24.
Even the banks have been closed for last two days

Official complaint to demolish illegal encroachment on hsvp/ govt land adjacent to plot no. 2119, sector 8, faridabad, haryana

we the residents of sector-8, faridabad, haryana would like to submit our urgent request for demolition of illegal constructed building on 2000 gaz hsvp/government land. It is a matter of illegal encroachment upon government/hsvp land and theft of government treasury by way of encroachment over 12 hsvp plots ( 2000 gaz area) . This encroachment is violating our article 300 a of the constitution of india .For your ready reference, on behalf of the residents of sector 8, i am submitting the summary of issues below for your kind perusal and urgent action :

1. Sir, the 2000 gaz land adjacent to house no. 2119 in sector- 8, faridabad, haryana which is a property of state government under control of hsvp, and is open to be sold by way of an e-auction is subjected to illegal encroachment. This land is completely illegally constructed and is subjected to car parking business by the parking mafias active on this land.

2. The aforesaid mentioned land have been illegally captured and a rampened illegal business of parking under a constructed building is going on without any fear of law .

3.The concerned offenders daryab singh, udaybir, kishan singh and santram residents of sihi village are running this illegal parking and earning benefits arising out of this land by parking business . Moreover these plots are open for e- auction, therefore when people go to inspect these plots the picture is somewhat different from the map as these 12 plots are bare in the map of sector 8 but in reality this land is captured, constructed, and is subject to illegal business of car parking . As many o[censored]s are interested to buy some of these plots through e-auction but this encroachment is making us conscious to buy these plots due to fear of these goons as the department is sleeping from years and no demolition is done yet.

4. We request you to demolish this building, rooms, and boundary on these 12 plots so that we can freely bid in e-auction and exercise our article 300a. As an holder of an executive office, we hope you will take cognizance over this issue and will order to demolish and let this land free from all the encroachment at the earliest.

In view of the highly sensitive situation mentioned above, we request you and other concerned officials to demolish this illegal building on state government land so that we can buy plots without any fear of the parking mafia. Videographic and picture evidence is annexed herein.

sir also as regards to previous complaint; irrespective of your orders dated 8 august, 2024, to deputy commissioner office ( order copy annexed herein), no action is taken yet. We request you to deal this matter personally as a head of department and order for demolition and order for demolition and complete removal of encroachment.
Note- after reminders from deputy commissioner office, hsvp/mcf is sitting on this matter and is not taking any action to demolish this illegal encroachment. Necessary orders, reminders from govt office, are annexed herein.

Respected Sir,

I am the resident of house no 594 sector 10 Ambala City. This is to inform you that infront of my house there is a vacant plot and it is filled with water and from that plot a sewerage hole is overflowing towards the road and causing inconvenience to the residents.
Due to the leakage, waterlogging, foul smell, mosquito breeding etc caused.This situation is not only unhygienic but also poses a health risk...

I am a resident of H.no-430, sector-14, sonipat(Haryana).The sewarage of our house and also our line is compromised and also the 8to 9 houses are also overflown.I have raised a issue with authorities and no one is solving this problem nit even Huda authorities and municipal corporation sonipat.
Please resolve this immediately.

The HUDA maintained park in sector 20 Panchkula near the police station is not accessible by wheel chair bound persons as the main gate is locked. Wheelchair bound persons cannot enter the park through the small revolving gates that are used by able bodied persons. Request the administration to look into this inequity, and make public parks and spaces accessible for all. Look forward to a quick resolution by the administration.

I am residind in house no 203, sector 28 faridabad, haryana 121008. My adjacent plot is built up with 4 floors by builder . Lots of damage is done in my house and no repair is made by builder till now. Not even of adjacent wall....

In sector 16, Karnal, The garbage carts are carried here and there in front of main park for the whole day by the cleaning staff. Although there may be a dedicated space for keeping them by the staff but they keep there in front of resident's home or parks as per their conveninence. In spite of visiting garbage trolley People throw garbage in these carts as they are lying and Stray animals play in these carts, scatter the garbage here and there. Mosquitos roam on these carts i front of our gates and parks due this. Asked so many times to their senior but they dont bother to entertain it.

I Purchased a plot no 572A in sector 21D and got the persmission on letter no: 3063 Dated: 10 September 2010. I have given application to update the name in Portal Jan 2023. I followed up in March 2023. I again Followed up in November, december 2023. In December i was informed the file is approved but still not updated in Portal.

Please resolve this issue by updating the portal with the correct name on online portal....

Street light is fused in sec 28 opposite h.no. 1916 it needs to be replace...

The plot is vacant with some small construction with lot of vegetation inside. We have snakes now and the vegetation is effecting the building structure of neighbours

Sewerage Blocked of House No.2174-FF, Sector-4, Housing Board Colony, Karnal.

There are lots of Street dogs and puppies attacking road walkers and making lots of noise at night, and two puppies died on road accident . Can you shift those dogs and puppies to animal welfare.
