Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — HSVP Water & Sewerage bill not received on Time I.e. on last due date of payment, 16.01.2021. Also it seems amount is excess

For HSVP Water and Sewerage Bill Account no. With 19223 site code 111011, Faridabad payment received it on Wednesday, 03.03 .2021 before the last due date of payment (Payment message received from QP-ICICIB, EAZPAY reference no [protected]) . And till date the bill is due showing on HSVP Consumer Portal. Please check it once and share the payment receipt. This bill has been paid online from my HDFC Bank account on 03.03 .2021, but the amount is not reflected on your portal.

I am residing in karnaland site code for water bill is 151939 karnal. My consumer no. Is 10424 and water bill no. Is ftgz0012273. I paid my bill of rs. 4932 via my indusbank debit card today two times mistakenly and the hsvp web site both times did not generate the receipt of the payments as it showed some defect in the hsvp server.Kindly confirm the receipt of the payments. I paid vide my hdfc debit card.

NO receipt was generated by the HSVP site.

I am residing in hisar, my consumer no is 98002053. For bill no WFHITH30118 DATED 15 JAN 2022. This bill is gentrated after six months. This is the reason that units billed were so high. This high units were billed at rate of 10 rs . This is not justified. The excess amount of bill is charged due to non generation of monthly bill. Kindly see into this issue.
