Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Illegal construction at 1211, sector 21 panchkula

The residents of House number 1211, sector 21, panchkula have made a non approved room at the back of their house. They have made the height of roof of the room way above the approved limit which blocks all the light entering my house.
I had talk with the owner of the house regarding the same issue but has found no resolution regarding the same
