Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — My property damage due to neighbor's building construction

Address:

HNO 250, ground floor,, Near Huda market, sector-23

Construction happened on the plot next to my building.
I have following issues

1. During construction builder damaged my side gallery floor and wall and not refusing to repair the same
2. due to his construction activities my house walls develop cracks on POP and tiles.
3. Electricity connection wires are connect from top of our building which is touching our iron cage posing risk of current

Please address these issues at the earliest
